WagerLand applies anti-money-laundering controls to reduce misuse of the platform. Controls support the Curacao eGaming licence framework and protect payment rails used by UK players.

Monitoring

Unusual deposits, withdrawals or account behaviour may be reviewed or delayed. Players may be asked for source-of-funds information or additional identity checks before a transfer completes.

Cooperation

Where required by law for the United Kingdom, WagerLand may share information with competent authorities. Attempts to open multiple accounts to avoid checks can lead to account closure.
